I just finished my first laparoscopy-turned laparotomy, and I am now obsessed with researching ways to prevent or minimize the return of adhesions. May I ask, are you following a special “endometriosis diet?” Did you incorporate any supplements into your diet? I want to believe that doing this things can help, but I haven’t heard testimonials one way or the other. I’d be grateful for your input. Wishing you health and healing.

I haven’t tried the endometriosis diet, what I have started is a food diary to identify if there are any foods that I eat cause flare ups. I also have started yoga and swimming to support with my wellbeing and to combat the fatigue element of endometriosis.
