Hi, My name is Andrea and I am in my mid thirties. I currently live in Birmingham, UK and live with my partner of 3 years and our dog. I grew up in the North East of England and this will always be my home. My home town (Newton Aycliffe) will always have a special place in my heart as this is where all my family live and holds my childhood memories. My parents are divorced but they are still there for me no matter what, I have 1 older sister and 2 nieces who are now both grown up.
When I was 21 I moved away from Newton Aycliffe and moved around England, which provided me with personal opportunities to grow and experience life. This is how I ended up living in Birmingham. Newton Aycliffe is a small town and living in a big city is such a big difference but I love it. My life is my life and I wouldn’t swap what I have for the world. Yes I have a chronic illness that I fight on a daily basis but this makes me stronger and shown me who are the most valuable people in my life.

Hi Andrea, my name is Rachel and I have endometriosis as well. I am writing a book about endo, it is a collection of women telling their stories about endo, living with it, how they cope, and the way they keep from being overtaken by this disease. I was wondering if you would be interested in writing your story for my book? You write beautifully and I would love to have you share your story. If you are interested, please email me at ELNCHEL@yahoo.com. Thanks so much!
