Life is full of hurdles and challenges, these crossroads are what makes up our lives, the ups and downs, the good times and the bad. It is up to us to choose which path we take.
Since being diagnosed with endometriosis this has add to my life journey as I never know how each day is going to plan out. I can wake up, be pain free and feel on top of the world, feel unstoppable yet in a split second my day can turn into a nightmare. Fighting pain, nauseous, back pain and the rest can take over in one fell swoop where I just wish to hide away from life.
This is where I am faced with a crossroad, what do I do, listen to my heart or head. Do I fight or do I give in. Of course the answer is fight, living with endometriosis will not win this war. What I have got better at is choosing my fights.
So fellow endosisters, remember stay strong, be positive, pick you fights and win. We will win the War against Endometriosis.

Hi Andrea, would you be interested in working with a silicon valley healthcare startup to help promote endometriosis research? We work with top medical centers, and think endometriosis is an important form of chronic pain that deserves more attention. If so, can you please provide your email? The lowest-effort version of working together would simply be re-purposing some of your candid posts to on a website we hope will help lead to better learnings of the condition.
